JHU protests for blocking the live telecast of Sirasa ‘Satana’ in ‘Peo TV’ and Dialog TV

The live programme of Sirasa ‘Satana’ had been blocked in Peo TV and Dialog TV depriving the keen viewers by unscrupulous elements.The JHU party has issued a circular condemning this act.The media secretary Nishantha Sri Warnasinghe had said that the public was deprived of knowing latest news and a severe injustice has been meted out to them.This he had called a frightening premonition to the presidential election and encouraging and inciting election violence.
The constituents who had paid money for these channels were given a severe injustice by this stupid exercise. Interrupting any programme is illegal,anti democratic act not at all ethical he had added.They had not been humble enough to extend an apology.
