Beverly Street opens new branch in Rajagiriya

Beverly Street, one of the leading fashion chains in Sri Lanka, opened its new branch at 475/C, Sri Jayawardenapura Mawatha, Welikada, Rajagiriya, on 5 December. The Chief Guest at the opening was Secretary to the Ministry of Defence and Urban Development Gotabaya Rajapaksa.
The launch commencing amidst much festivity featured many events held in line with the opening. Adding glamour to the proceedings was the presence of Deepika Singh, popular Indian teledrama actress.


The highlight of the launch was the flamboyant fashion show displaying Beverly Street’s latest collections of men’s, women’s and kids’ wear. The entire premises was transformed into a festival atmosphere where the guests were entertained with musical and cultural dance items and many more exciting engagements. The human oil lamp, presented as a novel concept complemented the setting.
Spanning across four floors and a basement, the chic and modern building complex features Beverly Street’s latest collections, with a myriad of unique design options that are sure to delight the fashion conscious clientele. With the objective offering their customers the convenience of a one-stop-shop, Beverly Street has added a Nail Studio, an indoor kids’ play area and a restaurant spreading out over two floors. The Nail Studio will be operated as an independent shop found in the shopping complex.
The restaurant is headed by Chef Moru and his culinary team, Sri Lankan Chef, Upali Bandara – the former chef of Sri Lankan Catering, Dayalnath – well known Indian Chef, specialising in both North and South Indian cuisine and Sirilak Suksamran – former Thai Chef at Lagoon, Cinnamon Grand Colombo. It also has a fine dining section that offers multi-cuisines served by these very well renowned Chefs. The lavish complex also consists of a spacious office area and 50 parking slots.


The Beverly Street branch in Kollupitiya was the first store to introduce the concept of 24 hours of service in Colombo. While the branch currently operates till 12 am, Beverly Street promises the best of quality among its assortment of various collections at affordable prices, a pledge that is at the core of the renowned brand.  Beverly Street has been aspiring to create a unique shopping experience for its clientele, which eventually lead to the launch of the shopping complex with countless varieties to offer. What’s more, the store will be offering promotions and special discounts in celebration of their launch and the festive season.
