This initiative comprises a 12-week accelerator program which supports innovative businesses and entrepreneurs on their paths to delivering break-through innovations and technologies. It aims to create opportunities for innovators across the region to shape the future of insurance and healthcare industries. Start-ups with innovative ideas and technology about healthcare are invited to apply for the program and take advantage of the vast access to resources and mentoring that the partnership has created.

AIA Sri Lanka’s Head of Marketing Suren Perera encouraged potential applicants to try their hand at this unique opportunity; “Sri Lankan talent has always had what it takes to shine on global platforms and I’m sure that some of our local entrepreneurs will have world class entries. This is a great opportunity for them to access international exposure and expertise, while gaining recognition for their endeavours and honing their skills.”
Applications are available at www.aia-accelerator.com and will be open until 31 January 2015. The program will begin in March 2015.
