Handuneththi wants appointment with minister to reveal frauds in sports & cricket
JVP Parliamentarian Sunil Handunneththi has written to the Minister of Sports Navin Dissanayaka requesting a date and a time to have a discussion regarding frauds and corruption that had been committed in the sports sector and the current crisis that has developed in the sector.
In his letter Mr. Handunneththi states with the defeat of Rajapaksa regime there was an attempt to displace files and documents with regard to frauds and corruption and illegal transaction that had taken place in the sports sector, specially in Sri Lanka Cricket and he had written to the President of SLC to safeguard all the files and documents.
The JVP Parliamentarian states he could produce all the documents and files he had received regarding frauds and corruption in the sector.
