“Complaint received at the Commission to investigate Allegations of Bribery and Corruption against me
“Through the mass media of Sri Lanka, I have learnt of a complaint against me lodged at the Commission against Bribery and Corruption on 06 March 2015.
The allegations are clearly politically motivated and are made by a former candidate who contested the 2013 Northern PC elections under Sri Lanka Muslim Congress and lost.
I kindly request your esteemed office to expeditiously inquire in to whatever the allegations therein and reveal the outcome to the general public of Sri Lanka.
I also wish to assure and commit my fullest cooperation to the Commission in this regard.
