Man sentenced in Lugoff bank robbery
One of two men who pleaded guilty to a February 2008 bank robbery in Lugoff has been sentenced in federal court to 12 years, 10 months in prison.Reginald Malik Watson, 29, pleaded guilty to helping Chad Moore rob the First Citizens Bank in Lugoff on Feb. 11, 2008, the U.S. Attorney's Office said. The office said Watson held employees hostage with an assault rifle as Moore jumped over the counter and took money from the tellers' drawers.The men wore dark clothing and goggles as disguises but were arrested following a tip about their identities.
