General Fonseka not allowed to attend parliament session, begins fast

May 05, Colombo: Sri Lanka's Democratic National Alliance (DNA) leader and former Army Commander, parliamentarian General (Retd.) Sarath Fonseka was not allowed to attend the parliamentary session today as he was scheduled to appear before the court-martial that is being held today.
