Anuradhapura Magistrate Nalaka Jayasuriya fixed for hearing on 14 November a case against a person for printing and selling Prof. Ediriweera Sarachchandra’s famous book, Malagiya Eththo, without permission. When the case was called earlier, Lalitha Sarachchandra, the widow of Prof. Sarachchandra, and Anura Dahanayake, the manager of the company that prints and distributes copies of the book ‘Malagiya Eththo’ gave evidence.
Following a complaint made by Lalitha Sarachchandra to the Commercial Crime Investigation Division of the CID, the suspect shop owner was arrested and produced in court.
