Sri Lanka: Court Martial proceeding against Fonseka put off for May 4

The second Court Martial inquiry that commenced on Monday against General Sarath Fonseka was put off for May 4. The Court Martial proceedings resumed Tuesday. In this case General Fonseka has been charged regarding fraudulent acts in tender procedure in procuring arms to the Sri Lanka Army when he was the Commander of the Sri Lanka Army, according to Major General Prasad Samarasinghe to media.
