A new museum celebrating the Alaskan Way Viaduct has some taxpayers wondering if the project's half-million dollar price tag is too high for a state in financial crisis.

A man and one of two teens charged in connection with the armed robbery of a medical marijuana dispensary in West Seattle pleaded not guilty Monday afternoon, but the mother of one of the defendants said her son was scared and trying to help his family out of a financial crisis.
