The Paradise Isle of Sri Lanka is once again beckoning tourists. With the boom in the tourism industry, Central hills are now being frequented by many tourists.

There are many tourist attraction locations in the hill country. Our reporters said that many tourists were now flocking to these sites. There was an increase in the number of tourists who had visited the Southern coast during the past. A similar situation is now being witnessed in the Central hills. Natural waterfalls are among the many attractions and the climate prevailing in the area is much favourable to the foreign tourists. The foreign tourists pointed out that they are fortunate to have the opportunity of visiting attractive locations throughout the island without fear and suspicion due to the total elimination of terrorism. The foreigners said they now have the freedom to visit any place.

The economy of the people in the area has also strengthened with this development. Tourist hotels are also full to capacity.
