Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo appoints New Director of Sales and Marketing

Ajantha Perera takes the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo of the John Keells Hotels Group. Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo is currently ranked the Best Five Star City Hotel by Sri Lanka Tourism.


Perera joins the hotel with a wealth of experience spanning approximately fifteen years in the hospitality industry. His experience encompasses a multitude of fields in hospitality including business development, revenue management and front office management at international five star hotel chains. Perera was also the recipient of several management programmes conducted at the Jumeriah Hotel in Malaysia and the Hilton hotel in Brisbane, Australia.
“Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo boasts of completely renovated spacious rooms, excellent food and service and a scenic location. My vision is to augment the growth year on year by marketing the hotel as a fully fledged product to clients,” he stated.

The investments made by the John Keells Group are a testament to its commitment to hospitality development in Sri Lanka.
