Body found washed ashore in Wattala
A body has been found washed ashore in Wattala, with the limbs tied together, the Police said.
The Police said that the body was of a male aged between 35-40 years.
The unidentified body had been found washed ashore in Dikkowita in Wattala.
A number of bodies have been found washed ashore over the past few weeks in Colombo and the surrounding areas.
Recently two bodies were found washed ashore on two separate occasions at Galle Face.
Another body was found washed ashore in Wellawatte. (Colombo Gazette)
