Dambulla Aura win, but fail to qualify
Dambulla Aura beat Galle Gladiators by 6 wickets, but fell short of the 11.1 overs stipulation that saw the Gladiators pip them to qualify to play in tomorrow’s deciding game between Colombo Stars to finding the second finalist at the R. Premadasa International Cricket Stadium.
It was only the second win by Dambulla Aura in making134 for 6 off 14-2 overs anchored by Matthew Forde who starred in a Player of the Match 4 for 11 and 52 off 30 in response to Galle Gladiators 129 for 9 off 20.,
