President briefs foreign media

The President has met with Foreign Media correspondents.

The meeting with foreign media correspondents was held this morning at the Temple Trees in addition to the routine media briefings held between him and local and foreign media personnel. The representatives of foreign media organizations in Sri Lanka participated in the media conference. It was held regarding the resettlement of people in the North and East, the problems faced by Sri Lanka in view of the Middle East crises and the world economic outlook. The President also focused on the questions posed by the foreign media personnel.
