Evidence confirm Yoshitha is President of CSN – Namal to FCID soon

Investigations conducted by the FCID at CSN have revealed many documentary evidence to confirm that Yoshitha Rajapaksa, the remanded son of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa , is the president of Carton Sports Network (CSN) say reports.

Among such evidence is a CD with more than 5000 email messages Mr. Yoshitha Rajapaksa had traded as the President of CSN, a rubber stamp having his name as the president, an official rubber stamp with his signature and a letter he had sent as the president of CSN say reports.

It is further reported that FCID is preparing to indict the Director Board of CSN including Yoshitha Rajapaksa for preparing forged documents, Criminal breach of trust, violating Companies Act, violating Customs Act, misusing state assets and several other offences.

A building belonging to the government had been used for CSN but Yoshistha Rajapaksa and the Director Board have been unable to explain how they got the building released to the channel.

An invoice to Tharunayata Hetak (Tomorrow for Youth) for a sum of Sterling Pounds 1,360,492, for importing spare parts for a vehicle from the UK, has been found. Investigations are being carried out regarding this and soon Mr. Namal Rajapaksa too would be summoned to FCID say reports.
