Bentota-Beruwela Premier League on 29 May

Annual executive cricket encounter of the Bentota-Beruwela Hoteliers’ Association will be held for the second successful year as Bentota – Beruwela Premier League (BBPL) on 29 May at Ahungalla Grounds.

Bentota-Beruwela Hoteliers’ Association (BBHA) was established in year 2001, with the intention to re-group all Bentota-Beruwela hotels as one entity and is currently reckoned as the largest hoteliers’ association registered in Sri Lanka.
BBHA is the voice for twenty star class hotels in the region from Beruwala to Ahungalla speaks of a volume of more than two thousand (2000), three to five star class hotel rooms. The association constantly focuses on raising the standards bar of the Sri Lankan hospitality trade whilst taking care of the development and welfare of its own members. In addition, BBHA has initiated many community development charities and environmental conservation projects during the past decade in the Bentota – Beruwela area.
The teams that would be taking part are as follows, Bentota Beach Hotel Deccan Chargers Bentota Beach , Club Bentota Daredevils Club Bentota,  Eden Resort and Spa Kings XI Eden Resort, Avani Hotel Bentota Tuskers Avani Bentota,  Vivanta by Taj Knight Riders Vivanta by Taj, Heritance Mahagedera  Mahagedera Warriors, The Palms – Palms Rajasthan Royals,  Lanka Princess Lanka Princess Royal Challengers , Hotel Aida Aida Bentota Jewels, Heritance Ahungalla  Ahungalla Super Kings, Tapro Spa Tapro Royal Lions.  The Bentota – Beruwela Premier League (BBPL) will be held in the form of a cricket carnival with many food and beverage counters, and fun filled entertainment. The event will commence at 9a.m. and will continue through the day to conclude with a musical extravaganza in the evening.
