MTI completes 15 years of consulting excellence

MTI Consulting has completed its 15th year of operations. Having started off in Sri Lanka and Bahrain concurrently in 1997, MTI Consulting has gone on to handle over 450 assignments across 40 countries during this 15 year period. In the process, MTI has built a network of its own operations (in six countries) and associates in over 25 countries, with whom MTI synergises on project based assignments.

Most of MTI’s assignments have cantered around strategy, which is considered their core strength. In the last few years, MTI has augmented its core competency in strategy by launching dedicated units for hr, market research, corporate finance and technology, which have served and provided value to a multitude of regional organisations.
Reflecting on the 15 year journey, MTI’s Founder and CEO Hilmy Cader said, “Fifteen years has just gone by! Whatever achievements we have had is due to the talented and committed teams we have had in the different regions and to them I say a big thank you. It has been a fun and steep learning curve (arguably our biggest asset) which continues.”
Further focusing on MTI’s clients he said, “We are only as good as our clients! We have been fortunate to work with a fascinating mix of local and multi-national clients, large corporations and start-ups. We thank all our clients we have interfaced with, as they have enriched our experience.”
