National Chamber conducts ‘Budget Seminar 2015’

The National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka will conduct a post Budget seminar on Thursday, 30 October from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Chamber Auditorium No 450 D.R. Wijewardena Mw, Colombo 10.
The seminar will highlight the important aspects of the Budget 2015, the impact on economy and business arising from the new budget.
The key speakers will be D.R.S. Hapuarachchi, Commissioner of Inland Revenue, Dr. Deshal de Mel, Senior Economist, Hayleys PLC, N.R. Gajendran, Senior Partner Gajma & Co. Presentation on ‘Tax Proposals’ will be made by the Commissioner of Inland Revenue followed by a presentation on ‘Private Sector Perspectives’ by Gajendra. Dr Deshal De Mel, Senior Economist will give his reviews and the economic impact on business of the Budget 2015.
A panel discussion will be held and comprised of Nandika Buddhipala, Chief Financial Officer, Commercial Bank, Nistar Sulaiman, Partner, Ernst & Young and speakers mentioned above.
