Set in a 100 year old colonial mansion with all the glitter of the festive season, presents the perfect warm ambiance to enjoy a traditional meal with family and friends.
Christmas menu offers – Chicken roll stuffed with chicken liver pate, sweet cheese and wrapped with parmesan and served with mango dressing, Smoked chicken, ham and asparagus with chilled fresh strawberry and seasonal fruit, served with feta cheese and roasted capsicum dressing, as starters.
The mains offer Roast young roulade of turkey with grand Italian stuffing served with brandy flavoured cranberry sauce and giblet gravy, combinations of homemade pasta, Pan seared fresh salmon stuffed with roasted shallot and spinach, with grilled King prawns on bed of zucchini and reduction of balsamic, Marinated grilled Australian baby lamb cutlet crusted with pistachio nut, fresh herbs and many more.
True to tradition, Christmas pudding with brandy sauce will be offered for dessert.
