A sumptuous feast on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at OZO Colombo

To kick-start the festive season, OZO Colombo is hosting special Christmas feasts at EAT Restaurant to help bring guests some holiday cheer!
Hailing from Switzerland, Stefan Beutler – Executive Chef at OZO Colombo, together with his team are sleighing in a host of seasonal treats with two festive dinner events: the Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner featuring all the holiday favourites and the Christmas Day Gala Dinner with a specially created four-course menu.
Offering guests a truly magical Christmas experience, the Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner will be filled with scrumptious dishes comprising of Norwegian smoked salmon, sesame seared tuna, poached prawns, sea crabs, clams and an extra special live cooking station with a traditional Christmas turkey along with all the fixings! For ham lovers, a roasted honey ham with green apple sauce will be sure to satisfy holiday food cravings. Before diving into the wonderful meal, guests will be welcomed with a glass of bubbly!

The following day, guests can enjoy the perfect Christmas Day dinner with family and friends without having to slave away in the kitchen. The four-course dinner features dishes inspired by the holiday season and a welcoming glass of non-alcoholic bubbly will help ring in the festive season. Santa might also make a quick stopover with a bag full of gifts – guests will find out if they have made the naughty or nice list! Both dinners will also feature live entertainment from Simple Minds with Nelisha.
