The presidential election 2015 manifesto of the UPFA party termed”Thunkal Dekma” is to be launched on the 26th.It had been said earlier that it was to be launched today the 22nd December,but the Minister Dullas Alahapperuma had said that it has to be read once more by the leaders of the party and after the final discussion the manifesto would be launched on the 26th December.
