Gerard Muttukumaru to lead workshop on CRM

Gerard D. Muttukumaru will be leading a half day workshop on Customer Relationship Management – How to Build a customer centric organisation on Saturday 14 March at the Royal College Skills Center from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon.
Gerard has been an Adjunct Professor of Global Business in MBA and Executive Education Programs in California and is the Founder and Chairman of the USA based Center for Global Leadership Worldwide LLC (USA).
Over 70% of Customer Relationship Management initiatives do not deliver the desired results. This workshop will: 1.
