WARSAW — Indiana Business Opportunity Partners has donated $1,510 to Beloved: Not Forgotten from funds raised during an event.

Additionally, iBOP donated $195 to Combined Community Services from the event.

The nonprofit iBOP recently hosted the 10th Annual Winter Wonderland Charity Bazaar and Quarter Paddle Auction.

The bazaar featured area direct-sales vendors and crafters. The first 25 patrons through the doors received a free swag bag containing coupons and gifts. During the auction, admission tickets were exchanged for a numbered auction paddle. Bidders then raised their paddles and supplied a quarter per retail level of the item up for sale, entering them into a drawing for that item.

There was a winner every round, and there were over 100 items up for bid during the auction, including items valued at more than $150. Funds from this went to Beloved: Not Forgotten.

Beloved: Not Forgotten’s mission is to provide a safe, home-like environment where those victimized by domestic minor sex trafficking in Indiana can begin the transformation of their destinies.

To learn more about the organization, please reach out to Dawnna Plummer at 574-265-7966 or visit www.belovednotforgotten.net or www.facebook.com/belovednotforgotten.

Each iBOP member donated an item from their direct sales business to the raffle basket. Patrons purchased raffle basket tickets for the opportunity to win the basket valued at more than $150. Funds raised from this went to CCS.

CCS provides comfort, hope and resources for neighbors in need. CCS removes barriers for low-income or in-crisis residents of Kosciusko County by offering “a hand up, not a handout.”

The next iBOP event is March 13 at the Baker Youth Club in Warsaw. It’s a Spring Bling Bazaar and Quarter Paddle Auction. Beloved: Not Forgotten will be the charity of focus for the event.

Vendors are currently being accepted. The bazaar will be from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. and is free for all ages to attend.

The auction will be from 1 p.m. to approximately 4:30 p.m. with no one under the age of 18 allowed. Tickets will be required for entry. There will be approximately 100 items up for bid from the vendors and crafters.

To get tickets to the event, to join iBOP’s networking group or to find out about vendor information, people may contact iBOP President Betty Swanson at 574-527-6005 or visit www.facebook.com/iBOPfans or www.ibopnetworks.org.

To nominate a charity of focus for a future iBOP event or to donate items to be used for the quarter paddle auction, people should contact Swanson at 574-527-6005. Donations are tax-deductible.
