GI pipe case against Keheliya to be heard
Colombo Chief Magistrate Gihan Pilapitiya ordered yesterday (2nd) that the case filed by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption against former Minister Keheliya Rambukwella charging that a loss was incurred to Rupavahini Corporation by buying GI pipes to be heard on 13th November.
The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption has filed the case against Keheliya Rambukwella for buying 990 GI pipes in December, 2014 when there was no need for such material for the Corporation and incurring a loss of Rs.9,90,000 to the Corporation.
