Former Manhattan Beach manager may sue over release of letter
The letter accused Geoff Dolan of getting so intoxicated at a 2009 retreat that he tried to grope a fellow worker. The letter was made public only last month after the city was sued for failing to notify the public the council was secretly meeting to hammer out details of Dolan's departure.
The former top administrator of Manhattan Beach is considering suing the city for releasing an anonymous letter that accused him of getting so intoxicated at a weekend retreat that he tried to grope a fellow worker and then yelled and pounded on the walls of a hotel hallway after his advances were rebuffed.
