Dialog provides Phones for ExCo and Sub Committees: SLC Staff also benefit

As part of the contractual obligations of Dialog Axiata PLC’s sponsorship agreement with Sri Lanka Cricket an annual allocation of Rs. 4 Million in mobile phones has been offered to its officials.

In a fast paced and highly networked corporate environment, modern connectivity is a core need that will enhance productivity, and it is the view of the Executive Committee that this allocation will be best utilized by the 34 elected members of the Executive Committee, and over 20 members of the appointed Sub-Committees who serve Sri Lanka Cricket in an honorary capacity.

Therefore an allocation of Rs. 3 Million worth of mobile devices has been allocated for the use of Executive Committee and Sub Committee members, and the balance of Rs. 1 Million has been designated for permanent staff of Sri Lanka Cricket.

It is believed that smooth running modern communications will enhance productivity and delivery, and afford these officials with the means to effectively manage their commitments as they serve Sri Lanka Cricket.
