Asian Alliance Insurance Plc has entered into a MoU with Anything.lk with the objective of adding value to their organisations and customers.
Considering the changing needs of today’s discerning customer, AAI & Anything.lk believe this partnership will be an ideal platform of benefits for both companies and their clientele. As a result of this MoU the customers will now have the opportunity to protect their houses and valuables with Alliance Home Protector product with an outstanding 50% discount offered through Anything.lk.

Alliance Home Protector of AAI offers the customers an insurance cover of Rs. 500,000 for an annual premium of Rs. 1,000. As a result of this unique tie-up customers are now able to obtain this insurance cover of Rs. 500,000 to protect their household goods for an annual premium of Rs. 500; 50% discount on the standard premium from 7 September 2011. The customers have a choice in selecting the items to be insured from furniture, household goods, electrical items and jewellery by completion of a simple proposal form.

“This strategic tie-up will no doubt add value to the professional and personalised services extended to our customers; we are happy to have Anything.lk partnering our new avenues of insurance to suit the changing life styles of our customers. Our successes has always been driven by understanding our customer needs better and processes & systems which are pivoted on innovation”, stated Ramal Jasinghe, Director/CEO of Asian Alliance Insurance PLC.
Commenting on this strategic tie up CEO of Anything (Pvt) Ltd., Reeza Zarook said “Anything.lk is now leading the way in social media marketing for businesses to attract new customers from alternative demographic segments.  This will be a world’s first – the first time, anywhere in the world that an over-the-counter insurance product has been sold online in a social media marketing initiative.  Anything.lk was started with the intention of trying new ideas and not having the fear of failing.  We are honoured to find that Asian Alliance Insurance shares that ethos, which given that the insurance industry is traditionally viewed as being conservative and pedestrian, is a truly remarkable status”.
As a company who pioneers in providing protection to the customers, Asian Alliance is privileged to be associated with Anything (Pvt) Ltd; another professional and an innovative player in the market.  AAI is the first ever insurance company to enter into a business agreement of this nature which is a milestone in the insurance industry as well as in the history of Anything (Pvt) Ltd. Both companies are of the opinion that this unique tie up will be the stepping stone for a long term business partnership, and more value added services in the future, between Asian Alliance Insurance PLC and Anything (Pvt) Limited.
