Second explosion in Kabul following fatal suicide attack
A second explosion rocked central Kabul only several hours after the suicide attack on a national security agency building which killed over 25 people and wounded hundreds more in the Afghan capital Kabul earlier on Tuesday (April 19).
According to foreign meda, sirens were heard in the city. However, it had not been clear what had caused the blast, the location or the amount of casualties, if any.
A police source has revealed to BBC journalist Kawoon Khamoosh that the blast hit the Shirpor district and was caused by an improvised explosive device.
