The Mlesna Tea Centre at Majestic City was re-launched with a sophisticated and stylish new look recently. The Tea Centre now carries a wider range of premium quality tea for the benefit of tea lovers and connoisseurs of Sri Lanka as well as for overseas visitors.

The much sought after Mlesna Tea Centre at Majestic City was originally established 20 years ago on 24 April 1991, and was very popular among Sri Lankans as well as visitors from overseas for securing their requirements for the finest of Pure Ceylon Tea.
“This Tea Centre was the most attractive outlet in the Majestic City in 1991, and after 20 years we found it necessary to refurbish it to maintain the same exclusivity and high standards and hence, the outlet was totally re-designed and refurbished incorporating a more customer friendly atmosphere” said Anselm B. Perera, Managing Director/Chairman of Mlesna (Ceylon) Ltd. “This exclusive design and ambience would naturally serve a host of national and international customers for a few more decades to follow,” he added.
The exquisite teas available at the Tea Centre range from English Breakfast, the fine quality Green gold (Green tea), flower flavours such as jasmine, rose, earl grey, mint, apple blossom to fruit flavours such as melon, pineapple, strawberry, mango, orange and blueberry. In addition, spiced tea flavours with cardamom, ginger and cinnamon are also available to offer a complete range of teas to the customers.
Like all other 14 Mlesna Tea Centres including those in Japan and Chennai, recently revamped Mlesna Tea Centre at Majestic City offers an exquisite range of Pure Ceylon Tea in an array of exclusive gift packaging.
