HSBC’s Head of Sales for Global Payments and Cash Management, Asia Pacific in town

Richard Jaggard, Head of Sales, Global Payments and Cash Management, HSBC Asia Pacific will arrive in the country on Tuesday, 18 October on a four day visit to meet with key customers and senior management of the bank.   
During his visit, he will also deliver the key note address at a new integrated receivables solution, scheduled to be launched on 20 October, 2011 that will benefit HSBC’s corporate customers.

Richard is responsible for managing a team that provides structured cash management solutions to corporations and financial institutions across Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining HSBC, Jaggard was attached to a major international bank. He has also held treasury and controller positions with large US and European Corporations. Jaggard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance (Accounting) and is a Member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in the UK. This is his second visit to the country, since 2010.
As one of the strongest cash management banks in Asia, HSBC has pioneered a consultative approach to cash management, ensuring a more collaborative process in which customer needs are the main focus in delivering tailor made cash management solutions.
The bank was voted Best Corporate/Institutional Internet Bank by Global Finance in 2011 for the fourth year and has been voted the Best Domestic Cash Management Bank in Sri Lanka, in the Euromoney Cash Management Poll for three consecutive years since 2008. HSBC has thus received a number of cash management related awards in the Asia Pacific region, from a variety of global and regional industry publications for its best in class cash management solutions.
