Deputy comes out on top in reality show
A Richland County Sheriffs deputy and former Marine was bestowed with the title of One Man Army by a reality television show that pitted contestants against each other to test strength, skills and intelligence.
Scott Pucketts victory in the Warrior Spirit episode (click to watch) of the Discovery Channel show also comes with a prize of $10,000.Puckett earned the prize after besting three other men with impressive careers: a former member of the U.S. Navy and FBI who is a martial arts instructor, a reconnaisance Marine and SWAT officer, and a former Israeli secret service officer and security consultant.After military service, Puckett worked for Blackwater, which included jobs in protective details for both President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney.Puckett, a 38-year-old father of three, navigated mazes and tested his observation skills and knowledge in a series of challenges for a segment of the show called Warrior Spirit.
