The Kiddies Camp crew has a special Thanksgiving edition of Kiddies’ Camp in store for their happy campers.
On 26 November, children below twelve are invited to experience the true essence of Thanksgiving through a series of exciting activities.
Kiddies’ Camp is a regular programme at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo that provides an engaging, fun and constructive afternoon for children.

At a time when almost every game for children has been simulated so that kids play partners are television sets or computers, Kiddies’ Camp introduces a return to good old fashioned human interaction.

Kiddies Camp was introduced with the hope of bringing a sense of adventure to learning and has become a quick success, with both children as well as parents looking forward to it.
The programme takes on a different theme each time ensuring that the children are treated to a new experience at every Camp.
Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo’s first Kiddies’ Thanksgiving Camp will begin with face painting where the children get to express themselves by making special requests to the professional face painters.
A craft session will keep them engaged where they will be encouraged to explain what they are thankful for.  The Kiddies’ Camp crew will get the children on their feet with games such as ‘pass the pumpkin’, the ‘Thanksgiving turkey hunt’ and ‘hand print the turkey tail’.  The bouncy castle and magic balloons are always popular features at the event.
The little Campers tummies will have their fill of mini hamburgers, pizzas, French fries, hot dogs, finger sandwiches, pop corn, pasta, éclairs, brownies, cookies, ice cream and ribbon cake amongst other treats.
Tomahawk bicycles have partnered with Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo to offer a bicycle for one lucky camper to take home.  The winner of the bicycle is presented with a selection of bicycles and may choose the one that best fits his or her personality.
