Hacking into president’s website: Another suspect arrested in Moratuwa
The school student who was arrested on suspicion yesterday (August 29) over hacking into the President’s Official Website and changing its content, has been placed under probation by court on Tuesday, August 30.
Meanwhile, another individual who is suspected of having aided and abetted the hacking, was arrested by the police and produced in court today.
The latest arrest was made from Moratuwa. Court ordered for the suspect to be remanded until September 2.
The Criminal Investigations Department is probing the incident.
