Sonu Niigaam arrives today for sensational show tomorrow

Bollywood singing sensation and heartthrob Sonu Niigam will arrive today for a mega musical extravaganza tomorrow night at the CH and FC.

Star Event Management is the brainchild of Sudharma Nettikumara, the lady credited with bringing Niigaam down for Sri Lanka’s first live concert. 
The award-winning Niigaam has sung for many box office films starring the King of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan.  His musical prowess doesn’t stop there; he is a unique artiste who is capable of singing in many genres of music and has won the acclaimed Filmfare Award quite a few times. He has voiced many songs for the A list actors in Bollywood.

Niigaam is India’s best playback singer, with a voice to die for. Today he is a superstar and an icon for millions of music lovers across the globe. Niigaam hosted the singing talent hunt Sa Re Ga Ma on Zee TV. The show exposed him to many stalwarts in the music industry and gave him a huge learning ground. It also made him a familiar face in households.
His next stint on television was for Star Plus’s Celebrity Musical Game Show Kisme Kitna Hai Dum in 2002. He served as a jury member for Seasons 1 and 2 of Sony’s reality hunt Indian Idol.
Niigaam was born on 30 July 1973 to Agam Kumar Niigaam and Shobha Niigaam in the city of Faridabad, Haryana. In a competition he was judged the winner by the renowned Music Director of Bollywood, Anu Malik. He moved to Mumbai with his father in 1991 to begin his singing career. His initial years in Mumbai proved to be a struggle and he started by singing covers of Mohammad Rafi songs.
Today he needs no introduction and is the most loved and sought-after playback singer in Bollywood.
