Kenanga lnvestment Corp introduces professional investment management services

An interactive discussion on the importance of professional investment management wasorganised by Kenanga lnvestment Corp Ltd. at Cinnamon Lakeside recently.

The event highlighted the importance of professional investment management as opposed to doing it alone.
Keynote speaker at this event was Kenanga lnvestors Berhad CEO Abdul Razak. He spoke on ‘lnvestment Management – A Malaysian Experience.’ He touched on how investment management in Malaysia had evolved over the years and how it had benefited the Malaysian high net worth investors.
The other speakers were Brandix Lanka Chief Financial Officer Hasitha Premarathne and KICL Associate Financial Analyst Manosh Kulasena.
The event also featured an interactive panel discussion and a question and answer session moderated by LR Global Managing Director and former Director General, Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka Channa De Silva and was joined in the panel discussion by Razzak, Premarathne and Orion Fund Management Ltd. Director Alastair Corea.
With the boom in the economic activities and the resulting growth in the equities market, KICL has identified a gap for individuals and corporations to participate in a professional manner in the stock market with quality research and sound advisory services. Kenanga lnvestment Corporation Ltd., was established in Sri Lanka in 2007 and specialises in capital markets activities with core strengths in investment banking and fund management. KICL is the overseas investment arm of Malaysian-listed financial group, K&N Kenanga Holdings Berhad (Kenanga).
