Mackwoods announces IPO allotment
Mackwoods Energy Ltd., yesterday announced the basis of allotment for its Rs. 350 million Initial Public Offering (IPO) which was oversubscribed by 1.14 times drawing 523 applications.
The basis is as follows:
Retail individual investor category : 100% of the shares applied
Non – retail investor category: Applications up to and inclusive of 3,571,400 shares : 100% of the shares applied
Applications over 3,571,400 shares: 3,571,400 shares + 24.7% of the balance shares applied rounded to the nearest 100
