3M rewards individual excellence at Annual Awards Night

Top performers at 3M Sri Lanka were recognised for their outstanding contribution at the 2011 Annual Awards Night held recently. The awards presentation was conducted at a 3M customer location – the award-winning Fortress Resort and Spa situated in Galle.

Well respected and successful philanthropist Barbara Gall graced the occasion as Chief Guest. The highlight of the awards night was the presentation of the newly introduced President’s Club Award. Division Manager (Safety Security and Protection Services Business) Hasitha Lanka walked away with the Business Leader Award, while Assistant Sales Manager (Electro Communication Business) Gayan Fonseka and Sales Executive (Building and Commercial Services and Renewable Energy Businesses) Sanjay Ratnam won the Sales Leaders Awards.
“Recognising and rewarding individual excellence and sharing best practices within our businesses are important ways to drive growth across the company. Strong teams will deliver exceptional business results,” said 3M Sri Lanka Head of Human Resources Nishanthi Fonseka.
