Insights to enhancing biz performance over breakfast

Key insights to exploring opportunities for enhancing business performance will be shared during a breakfast session on 13 July from 8a.m. to 10.30a.m. at Cinnamon Lakeside.

Organised by Experform, the breakfast forum will have past CIMA Global President Aubrey Joachim as keynote speaker and author and Penco Managing Director Alireza Sarraf as the solutions expert.

Participants at the breakfast briefing will l hear a keynote address on these leading edge issues and see a demonstration of a product that will deliver organisation sustainable success.
Aubrey Joachim FCMA (UK), CGMA, GAICD, MBA, GAICD is a Fellow of CIMA. He holds an MBA from the Sydney Graduate School of Management and is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Aubrey has extensive financial and strategic management accounting experience with global multi-national corporations across the Middle East, London, Singapore and Australia. He has implemented ABC, ABM, Rolling forecasts and leading edge strategy and performance management systems. Aubrey now focuses on finance transformation and has presented on this topic to organisations such as Barclays Bank, Ford, IBM, Shell, Accenture, Rolls Royce, Coca Cola, Times Warner, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, Proctor and Gamble, AMEX.
Solution expert, Sarraf holds an MA in industrial engineering from the highly acclaimed Imam Sadigh University in Iran.
Alireza is co-author of the best seller book titled ‘A Master Model for Performance Based Budgeting’ and also co-authored the academic Literature of Oran’s National Development Plan (2011 -2016) on the chapter of performance based budgeting. He has served on multiple senior boards of public and private sector organisations as a senior advisor and consultant in areas of management accounting and performance management.
