Deadline for motor car loan applications for artistes is 21st

Applications for the interest free loan to be given for senior artistes to purchase motor cars will be received until the 21st of this month.
The artistes are given the opportunity of purchasing vehicles through an interest free loan based on a proposal made by the President in the 2012 budget. Applications and details in this respect can be obtained from the Mass Media and Information Ministry. Also facilities have been provided to secure information through some websites. The Media Ministry said that advertisements were also published in last week’s Sinhala, Tamil and English newspapers.
