ICC T20 world Cup tickets for the finals sold out
The International Cricket Council yesterday announced that tickets for the finals of the ICC World T20- 2012 to be held in Sri Lanka, have all been sold out. Meanwhile, the third phase of tickets opened up for sales to the public on the 1st of August 2012. The fast sellers of the ICC world T20 include the Super Eight matches in Pallekele, the two semi-finals at the R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo and some of the matches from the first round games. Tickets for other matches are still available at venue box office locations. The T20 world cup will begin on the 18th September 2012. India will play against Afghanistan in the first match of the tournament at the R. Premadsa Stadium in Colombo. Meanwhile, the 5th and the final ODI between Sri Lanka and India is scheduled to take place at the Pallakale International Cricket stadium at 2:30 pm today.
