Two professionals join PC House Board

PC House Plc announced yesterday the appointment of two new directors to its Board with effect from 5 September. They are M. Jude C. Fernando as a Director and W.I. Deepal Peiris as a Non Executive Director.

Fernando holds over 14 years of experience in human resources management. He has HRM experience in the banking, construction, IT and apparel sectors. He holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Peradeniya and Master’s Degrees from the University of Sri Jayawardenapura and University of Colombo. He is a member of the Association of HR Professionals Sri Lanka.
Peiris carries with him over 30 years experience in the fields of marketing, management and human resources functions in both local and international firms. He is an engineer by profession and is a dedicated individual who is committed to delivering high quality work on time. Peiris also serves as a Coordinating Secretary to the Leader of the House in Parliament since 2006. He has provided consultancy services to many leading organisations in the areas of leadership, event management, creative thinking and strategic planning for many years.
Following the new appointments, the Board of PC House comprises S.H. Mohamed Rishan (Chairman and CEO), M. Ahmed Ikram (Director), M. Jude C. Fernando (Director), P.L. Wijesekara (Non-Executive Director), S. Sharmila Rishan (Non Executive Director), R. Selvaraj (Non Executive Independent Director) and W.I. Deepal Peiris (Non Executive Independent Director).
