Two new innovative insurance solutions for the Sri Lankan market

HNB Assurance introduced two novel products – ‘myhome’ and ‘myhealth’ – on 17 September 2012 at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel Colombo, in the presence of Dr. Ranee Jayamaha, Chairperson of HNB Assurance PLC.

“HNB Assurance achieved a remarkable growth rate of 275% and 371 % in respect of profit before tax and profit after tax respectively for the six months ended 30 June 2012 and as a part of continued commitment to customer satisfaction HNB Assurance is launching ‘myhome’ and ‘myhealth’ to Sri Lankan market. It’s a total new offering altogether,” stated Managing Director of HNB Assurance Manjula de Silva, elaborating on the launched ‘myhome’ and ‘myhealth’.
General Manager – Marketing and Distribution of HNB Assurance Lalith Fernando presented the virtues and values of ‘myhome’ and the inevitable risks that life throws at us that can hinder such dreams. This is where the true value of products such as ‘myhome’ can be seen. As such, ‘myhome’ has been formulated with every eventuality and possibility in mind, with various options and customisations available to suit each individual’s needs.
Among many unique features, ‘myhome’ provides an unparalleled ‘No Claim Bonus Scheme,’ which allows for up to 15% bonus if remained unclaimed till the third year.
