Cinnamon Lodge Habarana bags Zoover ‘Best Hotel in Sri Lanka’ award
Zoover, the biggest independent travel portal in Europe, has awarded Cinnamon Lodge Habarana as the ‘Best Hotel in Sri Lanka’. This award honours hotels which have been noted for consistent good service according to their customers.
Zoover is operated by Webassets B.V. and is the biggest hotel and holiday ratings portal in the Netherlands. The website receives up to 15 million unique visitors per month. 30% of its traffic comes from the Netherlands and the remaining 70% from other countries.
The selection process is based on an evaluation of user comments on Zoover between a stipulated timeframe – thus, the jury consists of thousands of travellers from all over Europe, who have left their remarks on the 19 international Zoover websites.
The awards have been granted in 14 categories – including camping sites, hotels amongst others, where only the best of each country have been honoured.
