SriLankan’s ticketing system to undergo an upgrade from tonight, wants customers to book early
SriLankan Airlines to update ticketing system from tonight
SriLankan Airlines announced that it will be undergoing reservations and ticketing system upgrades from midnight of 30th August to 31st August, 2013.
As a result, the Airline says it ‘Reservation System’ will not be accessible during the given period.
“We kindly request all our valued customers who wish to purchase tickets or make any changes to their existing travel itineraries during this period to call over at our Ticket Offices or contact our 24-hour Call Centre on 1979 on or before the 30th of August 2013″, announced the Airline in a release issued.
The system is expected to be restored for operations from 1st September, 2013.
