Seylan Bank trains Omani staff of Asia Express Exchange

Seylan Bank is currently conducting a one-week intensive training program for the staff of the Oman-based Asia Express Exchange in Colombo.
The 13-member team arrived in Sri Lanka on Tuesday 26 August and will undergo comprehensive training sessions by a team of banking professionals from Seylan Bank until Monday 1 September.
Among the wide ranging topics to be covered are basic banking skills, cash handling techniques, remittance operations, customer care and service, KYC (know your customer) norms to be followed, AML (anti-money laundering) compliance/guidelines, dealing with different local and foreign currency notes and detecting fake currency notes.
