Showers or thundershowers in sea areas off coast extending from Jaffna to Galle
Showers or thundershowers will occur at times in the sea areas off the coast extending from Jaffna to Galle via Puttalam and Colombo and at several places in the other sea areas around the island, the Met. Dept. states.
Winds will be Southwesterly or variable direction and the speed will be 20-30 kmph. There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers.
Generally sea areas around the island will not be rough. However the sea areas may be temporary rough during thundershowers.
