Unhappy Sanga asks Yuvraj justify the hype around him
Kumar Sangakkara has put Yuvraj Singh in his place after a series of poor scores by the Mohali batsman in the Indian Premier League so far. The Lankan skipper, known for his clear-cut views, has told a TV channel: “Yuvraj’s show has been disappointing so far.” Sangakkara replaced Yuvraj as Mohali skipper after coach Tom Moody wanted a better all-round leader. Yuvraj’s brash ways have not always won him brownie points and this time, Sangakkara wants the talented left-hander to do more than he has so far in the IPL. Mohali host Kolkata at the PCA Stadium Saturday night in what will be a needle battle for survival.
