HAMBANTOTA, Sri Lanka, Sept 18, 2012 (AFP) - Kumar Sangakkara and Jeevan Mendis clubbed big scores as Sri Lanka posted a challenging 182-4 against Zimbabwe in the World Twenty20 opener at Hambantota on Tuesday.
Zimbabwe captain Brendan Taylor won the toss and sent Sri Lanka into bat in the opening game of the World Twenty20 at Mahinda Rajapaksa Stadium today.

The International Cricket Council (ICC) today unveiled the most comprehensive range of social media activations for a global cricket event ahead of the ICC World Twenty20 Sri Lanka 2012 which begins on Tuesday 18 September in Hambantota.
