The Court of Appeal has ordered the petition filed seeking the disqualification of State Minister Diana Gamage s parliamentary seat to be dismissed, subject to a fee.
The court has imposed overseas travel bans on the owner of the company, which allegedly used forged documents to import substandard medicines, and two other higher government officials who were involved in this fraudulent activity.
